Alliances with recognized universities in 8 LATAM countries.

We work with a single university per country. Today, 8 partner universities in 8 countries, in relationships of co-creation, teaching, programs and academic alliance.

🇻🇪 Universidad Metropolitana Venezuela
🇨🇱 Universidad de los Andes Chile
🇨🇷 Universidad Hispanoamericana Costa Rica
🇧🇴 Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB) Bolivia
🇵🇾 Universidad Columbia Paraguay

Which universities Scalabl® is for.

Prestigious universities, ranked among the top positions in their country, looking to keep innovating to reshape business education. Since we work with a single university per country, we choose leading institutions with the ambition to elevate their offering.

It is not a fit, however, if you are looking for:

Canned content at the lowest price

Scalabl® co-creates — it does not license catalogs. If the goal is recorded content at a low price, there are better options.

A standalone speaker for a single event

We take part in events within the frame of a larger relationship, not as an isolated intervention.

Projects with a timeline under 3 months

Curriculum design demands rigor and that takes time. Very short interventions do not allow the quality we require.

A transparent process — from first contact to a permanent alliance.

Looking for an academic and business partner?

Let's talk about the institutional objective you are evaluating and where there is a point of real co-creation.

What universities usually ask us

What is Scalabl for universities?

Scalabl's academic partnership program with universities and business schools in Latin America. We are a co-creation partner: we design and redesign programs — MBAs, graduate and executive programs —, bring an international network of more than 100 instructors and strengthen the institution's academic and business positioning. We build with 1 university per country. Today we have 8 partner universities in 8 countries.

Who inside the university do you work with?

With institutional decision-makers: the rector and vice-rector's office, deans and faculty directors, and directors of executive programs, MBAs, graduate and executive education. It is an institutional conversation about the academic and business objective — not an offer to students or individual professors.

How is it different from hiring guest professors or buying content?

It is co-creation, not a one-off purchase. More than standalone instructors or a licensed catalog, it is a model of curriculum co-design, joint branding and shared commercialization: Scalabl brings the methodological framework and the international network, and the prestige and the relationship with the student stay with the university.

Which universities is Scalabl a good fit for?

Prestigious universities, ranked among the top positions in their country, looking to keep innovating to reshape business education. Since we work with a single university per country, we choose leading institutions with the ambition to elevate their offering — MBAs, graduate and executive programs — through real co-creation. It is not a fit for those looking for canned content at the lowest price, a standalone speaker for an isolated event, or a project under 3 months.

What does Scalabl offer a university?

We collaborate in many ways, always tailored to the institution's academic and business objective: we co-design and redesign programs (MBAs, graduate and executive), recruit professors from our international network, support with consulting, commercialize and internationalize programs, and strengthen the university's academic positioning, among many others.

What kind of programs do you co-design?

MBAs and graduate programs, custom executive programs, joint certifications and corporate training with shared branding. Each program is designed around the institution's academic objective and market. A real example is UNITEC's Global MBA (Honduras), with 54 co-designed courses.

In what ways can we collaborate?

In many, combinable with each other and contractable separately. Among others: curriculum design; faculty recruitment from the international network; programs in alliance (content plus instructors); commercialization and international representation; student and alumni networking; trips to innovation hubs; consulting; positioning in innovation, transformation and intrapreneurship; events and seminars with speakers; and access to the Scalabl brand and Francisco Santolo's public figure.

Do you bring an international faculty network?

Yes. Scalabl has a global network of more than 100 international instructors; the Scalabl professor seal distinguishes a faculty that top universities invite as guest faculty. The university can recruit from that network the profiles its program needs.

Do you help with the institution's internationalization and positioning?

Yes. We work on internationalization and alliances: international representation of programs, go-to-market strategies, exchanges and trips to innovation hubs, events with other universities, and positioning the institution in innovation, business transformation and intrapreneurship, adding the Scalabl brand and Francisco Santolo's figure.

Does it include intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship?

Yes. We bring Scalabl's methodology and experience in entrepreneurship and innovation — including intrapreneurship — to the university, for programs, courses and activities that strengthen that capability in students, faculty and the institution itself.

How do we start working together?

With a conversation between the academic leadership and Francisco Santolo to understand the institutional objective. From there we propose the collaboration mode, co-design the program or intervention, deliver it with teaching, and the relationship tends to become a permanent, multi-year alliance, with new editions and expansions.

Which universities do you already work with?

With 8 partner universities in 8 Latin American countries, in relationships of co-creation, teaching and academic alliance: Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina), Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), UNITEC (Honduras), Universidad Metropolitana (Venezuela), Universidad de los Andes (Chile), Universidad Hispanoamericana (Costa Rica), Universidad Privada Boliviana (Bolivia) and Universidad Columbia (Paraguay).

Do you have reference cases?

Yes, several. With UNITEC (Honduras) we co-designed their Global MBA — 54 courses —, bringing an international faculty network and a positioning strategy, with three roles: design, faculty and commercialization. And with UCEMA (Argentina) we co-created the graduate programs in Health Management, Business Innovation and Data Science. Each program starts from the institution's academic objective and market.

Who is Francisco Santolo?

The creator of the Scalabl Methodology. Economist and MBA with executive education at Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Chicago, Kellogg, INSEAD and Singularity; a LinkedIn Top Voice and, for Forbes, "The Startup Hacker". Co-founder of more than 50 companies, he has supported the creation of more than 500 and the growth of more than 1,000, and trained more than 3,000 professionals in more than 50 countries. Top universities invite him as international guest faculty.

How is it contracted and quoted?

Each form of collaboration can be contracted alone or combined, and is quoted according to the scope of the program and the institution's objective, defined in the initial conversation and the co-design. The relationship usually starts with a specific program or intervention and evolves into a permanent academic alliance.

What if we also want to train the teams of a company, not an academic program?

That is what Scalabl Training is for (fully customized corporate training), which can also be co-designed with partner universities to add institutional certification. The universities line is for building the institution's academic offering; Training, for training the teams of a company.
