The great resignation. The future belongs to entrepreneurs

A recent study by the Gallup company confirmed that that there is a "staggeringly high attrition rate" and a record number of vacancies in all job categories ranging from in-person customer service jobs to highly qualified professional positions.

The great resignation. The future belongs to entrepreneurs

We did not have to wait for the advancement of AI, robotics and new methodologies to gradually displace current jobs and generate those of the future.

Many professionals are directly giving up and looking for paths more linked to their purpose and other ways of living. Many of them are committed to starting and living with greater autonomy.

The world of scarcity became abundant and we continue as a society immersed in the paradigms, practices and institutions of the previous stage.

A small but growing part of society enjoys freedoms and a power to transform and impact never before imagined, while as human beings we sustain an irresponsible marginalization of the majority of the population and continue to destroy our planet.

The pandemic anticipated phenomena that we had been predicting and teaching in Scalabl® since 2016. When in January 2019, I wrote in Infobae The The future of work belongs to Entrepreneurs, what he described felt distant, almost science fiction. Today, what I mentioned in this paragraph, is on the agenda of all corporations.

"I see a network of entrepreneurs collaborating from their interests, their skills and their talents in common, dynamic projects, without geographical borders, something that we are seeing today emerge as crowdsourcing.

I see no relationship of dependency, no bosses: simply autonomous individuals and temporary organizations formed to work together.

Horizontal organizations will prevail over vertical ones and we will see the decline of current corporations, loaded with fixed costs, slow, inflexible, which will have to adapt or become easy prey to disruption. technological."

The most important thing about the article however, and what I would like to insist on, because it is directly in our hands is:

"Every individual will be increasingly more powerful through their actions, their words, and above all their silence or inaction. Values, acceptance of diversity, tolerance, respect and care for others will pass. "It will become our most important quality to remain optimistic about the future and provide a better world for our next generations."
