My biggest dream in life is to try to contribute to creating a world where we no longer hurt each other.
I believe that all the conditions exist for each of us to achieve our purpose, realize ourselves, and leave in the world that value that we can generate for others.
Everything we do has to do with others. And that interaction with others is what defines who we are, what we do. and how we live.
I believe in the enormous multiplier power of horizontal communities and their ability to inspire our best version through the right incentives.
In generating spaces of respect, freedom, and learning, where each person proactively contributes their value and generates opportunities for others.
The most unexpected solutions and opportunities are found in diversity, in the unknown of the other. Indeed, our dreams are a conversation away, leveraged by the power of our networks, collaboration and genuine relationships.
It is It is up to us and our deepest responsibility to interpret what is happening and to be able to tell ourselves the right stories. Replace the competition and rivalry that arises from the scarcity mentality, with collaboration and co-creation, learning and sharing the tools that help us make it possible.
That is what defines emprender: creating realities, transforming realities, making what we want happen in the world.
My work through entrepreneurship training is to enable others to explore possible paths in the search for meaning, purpose and fulfillment, providing tools to make it possible, with the deep conviction that we can travel them without the need to incur negligent damage. Convinced that as a community we can empower each of our dreams.
I consider that it is possible and necessary to recognize ourselves in a world of abundance and learn to follow the path of purpose by collaborating, communicating from the care of the other.
I know I share this purpose and desire with many of you and we all have as individuals growing power, to co-create, make our vision possible?
I hope it added value! I look forward to your comments.
Big hug,
Francisco Santolo
